All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following week. Upfront payment is required for all purchases (including items on back-order or pre-order). Aesa business days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days of your order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Custom orders can take up to two weeks.

Orders are shipped via USPS Insured Priority Mail or UPS throughout the United States for a flat charge of either 10.50 unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales tax will be applied for all purchases.
Messenger service is also available within New York City for a flat rate of $25.
International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge of $35 to Canada and $55 to the rest of world, unless otherwise indicated.
Insurance is additional and will be calculated at checkout. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties and fees and are the full responsibility of the recipient. These fees may vary from country to country and shipping delays may occur due to customs.
Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, Aesa is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing (something we have never had happen), it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like additional insurance for your item, please email us to arrange it.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Aesa accepts unused jewelry items in their original condition for store credit or an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Store credits are good for up to one year from date of issue. All returns must be in their original condition subject to Aesa’s review. Please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization number and shipping information.
Objects, excluding our wax candles, may be returned within seven days of shipments arrival for a credit or an exchange good for a one year period.
Aesa does not accept returns on any custom or sale items. The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
REPAIRS & PRODUCT CARE
Aesa will repair items purchased through aesajewelry.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). Aesa reserves the right to determine what constitutes reasonable repairs. For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your Aesa piece. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with specific repair requests to determine whether the repair can be accommodated and the associated charge. All associated shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Aesa pieces are handmade with care in New York City. As each pieces is made by hand and use unique stones, slight variations will exist between pieces. As a result of the handmade nature of the items, all pieces should be handled with care.
For bronze and silver, please expect some natural tarnishing over time with wear. To reduce the effect of wear, gently wipe jewelry with a soft polishing cloth and store in a safe place. Protect jewelry from abrasive surfaces and harsh chemicals, do not wear when swimming or showering and please be mindful of wearing make-up near jewelry.
