Shipping and Returns


Flat rate shipping is available for all shipments: Domestic 10$; International 40$. Messenger service is available within New York City for a flat rate of 35$; please reach out to arrange this.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS throughout the United States unless otherwise indicated. Applicable sales tax will be applied for all purchases. Puerto Rico and PO Boxes packages will be shipped USPS.

International orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority International Service for a flat charge. Some items incur duty fees upon arrival in your country. We cannot advise on these fees nor are they included in our shipping cost. They are your sole responsibility. We are happy to help you if you come upon a problem, however we are not responsible for items stuck or left in Customs.

All orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday from 10am-6pm EST, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed the following week. Please contact us if you would prefer another form of shipping.

Most orders will ship within 10-12 business days of your order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated. Allow additional time for custom orders.. Reach out to us to discuss timelines, expediting your items to ensure a specific delivery date and general availability at

All packages are trackable and you will receive an email with this information when your items ship. Once a package is remitted to the postal carrier, Aesa is no longer liable for it. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. International customers: we are not responsible for items stuck or left in Customs.

For specific full price items, Aesa accepts unused jewelry items in their original condition (subject to Aesa’s review) for store credit or an exchange within 10 days of delivery. Store credits are good for up to one year from date of issue. Please email for a Return Authorization number and shipping information.

Full priced Objects may be returned within seven days of shipment arrival for a credit or an exchange good for a one year period.

The customer is responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs.
Aesa DOES NOT accept returns on any custom or sale items. All sales are FINAL.
