Tracking Your Order:
Once you complete your transaction, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Aesa wants you to love your jewels. If for some reason the jewels were not what you imagined and you would like to exchange them or receive a credit, you must inform us via email at email@example.com within five days of receipt of your package to receive a Return Authorization [RA] Code. Package must then be received within 7 days for a credit or exchange only. The credit is good for one year from the initial sale date.
You are wholly responsible for all return shipping costs and for the package until it is received by us. We do not cover duties/customs/taxes on international exchanges.
We suggest you insure and track the package. Once the package is received within the above timeframe, items will be inspected to ensure they are in original condition, and, if they meet this standard, a credit or exchange will be issued. This assessment is at the sole discretion of Aesa.

Jewelry must be returned with original packaging and your RA number must be included on the return form. We cannot accept a return without an RA number.
We strive to have the jewels arrive to you in perfect condition. However, if this is not the case, please inform us within 5 days of receipt and we will immediately replace the item upon assessment as well as cover shipping costs.
Taxes and International Sales:
Residents of New York State will be charged 8.875% tax on their orders. Sales tax is not charged on gift cards. International shipments are subject to, beyond Aesa’s shipping charges, the duties/customs/taxes of recipient’s country and are not the responsibility of Aesa.
Aesa uses FedEx exclusively for all domestic and international orders. FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. For domestic orders, we offer ground service [exclusive of Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico], 2-day, 3-day and standard Next Day service. For international orders, FedEx offers International Express Service that delivers your package to you within 3-5 business days.
All shipments are insured for the value of the shipment and require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday 12pm, excluding holidays. Orders received on Fridays after 12pm, weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Orders are processed from New York, New York. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of being processed pending payment approval, address confirmation and availability. Though we strive to keep the website inventory up-to-date, availability of products is not guaranteed. If you order a product that is not immediately available, a representative will contact you via phone or email within 24 hours.
Once Aesa has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the customer assumes risk and responsibility for the merchandise. Additionally, you are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or customs charges incurred. If you decide to refuse any package from Aesa, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any taxes/customs/duties [both original and return shipments] and all return shipping charges incurred on the package.
Aesa is not able to process cancelled orders once they have been placed.
